Morning, you can download a new copy of the theme from your themeforest account, as you’ve purchased already, simply login and go to your downloads and it will allow you to get a new copy of the latest zip file.

Once you’ve installed the new copy of the zip, if you’re still having the same thing happen, email login details along with a link to this thread to http://www.redfactory.nl/contact-us/ and I’ll get the dev team to take a look.
