Have you installed any new plugins? Anything which could conflict with the twitter widget code?
Do you have a cache active on the site? I’ll speak with the Developer team in the meantime to see if they are aware of anything which has changed with the API at Twitters end.
Can you also screenshot the settings in the twitter widget in the widget admin panel.
If might be worth testing by adding a new twitter widget below the existing one, getting a new auth key and seeing if that displays the same or if it populates.
