  • Hi,

    To fix this, remove the “is_active_sidebar” function from the sidebar.php file in the theme folder. It will make it look like this:

    if ($sidebar_pos != 'fullwidthpage') { ?>
    	<div id="sidebar">
    		<?php if ( !function_exists('dynamic_sidebar') || !dynamic_sidebar($sidebar_id) ) :
            endif; ?>
    	</div><!-- #sidebar -->
    <?php } ?>

    Hope this helps πŸ™‚

    Hi Ken,

    Lead developer here πŸ™‚

    I’ve just made an update to your theme and change a bit of code. I’m not sure why it would’t work in your specific case, but the sidebar now shows up on your site. I’ve changed the “sidebar.php” file in case you want to make a backup. Sorry for taking so long, I wish you all the best with your website πŸ™‚

    Cheers!

    Hi,

    First of all, thank you for buying our theme! It’s great to see you’re interested in using it for more projects πŸ™‚

    James is indeed correct on this. Themeforest offers two types of licenses:

    1) Regular license: Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for.

    2) Extended license: Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for.

    I’ve copy/pasted this text from the themeforest website to get it exactly right. One of the agreements we have with themeforest by selling on their platform is that we have to honor their pricing and license model. This means that I can’t give special offers for multiple licenses I”m afraid.

    I hope this answers your question.

    Cheers!

    Hi all,

    We have indeed updated the theme and the latest version should be available on themeforest since September 9th. I’ve just downloaded a copy myself and the version I get is version 5.4. If you keep having troubles then you should really contact Envato about this: http://support.envato.com/

    In the mean time, here’s a copy of version 5.4 so you can get started with WordPress 4.0 πŸ™‚

    Hi,

    Dev team here πŸ™‚

    If you want to keep all settings you can best copy over the entire database and change the url’s. The problem with this is that you need to know how to do this πŸ˜‰ If you don’t have any experience with MySQL then you can better just setup the theme settings again.

    Hope this helps you with your website!

    Cheers!

    Hi,

    I’ve spend some time figuring this out. It looks like more people are having this issue with the Twitter API. For most of them renewing the API tokens fixed it. Could you please try this and get back to me?

    Cheers πŸ™‚

    Hi all,

    Dev team here πŸ™‚ I’ve checked out the website from lorrh (if not mistaken) and it looks like there’s more missing. There should be a code editor as well and uploading themes isn’t possible as well. I’ve put a fixed version of the theme in the media browser of your website. You can download it and upload it yourself. This fix makes sure that the theme settings are vivible to anyone who can login on your site. I’d also take a look at the permissions on your folders & files since uploading of themes and editing the code don’t work as well.

    Let me know if the fixed version gives you the theme settings πŸ™‚

    Hi,

    This is the development team πŸ™‚ Could you please email us your WordPress login information to info@redfactory.nl? We’d like to take a look ourselves and see if we can fix it.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

    You can update the theme without any problems. However, I do advise to make a backup of your current version. If I understand correctly you’re using the Gravity Forms plugin? After you’ve updated the theme be sure to copy over any other folders regarding that plugin to keep any PDF templates you might have set up. Does this answer your question?

    Cheers πŸ™‚

    Hi,
    It seems that you are confusing this Restaurant Theme with another theme, The Company.
    In that theme is everything included. Hope this helps?

    Hi tekking,

    I’ve replied to your comment here: https://support.redfactory.nl/forums/topic/display-issues-on-installed-theme/

    Hi,

    I see you have your website up and running now πŸ™‚ For the footer you can go to “Appearance -> Widgets” and drag & drop widgets into the Footer widget area. If you want you can also drag & drop widgets into the bottom frontpage widget area.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

    We haven’t build native support for WooCommerce in this theme so it’s possible that some items won’t display correctly. I’ve tried your link but it doesn’t seem to display the store page. Do you maybe have another link for me?

    Cheers!

    Hi Vicky,

    Thank you for the feedback, I will look into this right away! I’ll get back to you as soon as I have a fix.

    Cheers πŸ™‚

    Hi Teuvo,

    I see you already have it working on your website now πŸ™‚ Another way to get this is by simply inserting the packages as a category to the menucard. That way you can make it appear on top of the rest.

    Hope this helps πŸ™‚
